Bespoke software FAQs.
Every project begins with a conversation about the operational problem and the smallest useful version of the solution.
What kind of software can you build?
I build practical browser and desktop-based tools including dashboards, portals, calculators, booking tools, reporting systems, workflow automation, lightweight CRMs and interactive applications. Mobile projects can also be considered where appropriate.
Can the software include accounts and a database?
Yes. User accounts, permissions, databases, uploads, payments and third-party API integrations can be included when they are properly scoped and supported by the right infrastructure.
How is bespoke software priced?
Projects are quoted individually after discovery because users, workflows, integrations, security requirements and infrastructure vary significantly. Hosting, external services, licences and transaction costs are identified separately.
Can you improve an existing internal process?
Yes. You do not need to arrive with a software specification. Bring the repeated task, spreadsheet, disconnected tools or bottleneck, and I can help map what a useful system should do.
What happens if the project needs specialist expertise?
I am clear about technical boundaries. Where a requirement falls outside my scope, I will involve or recommend somebody with the right specialist knowledge rather than deliver work I cannot stand behind.
