These terms explain how you may use the All Zilla No Filler website. They apply to the website, not to paid client work, which is covered by a separate proposal or agreement.

1. Using this website

This website is operated by Danny Philpott trading as All Zilla No Filler, an independent digital marketing consultant based in Ipswich, Suffolk. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

You may browse the website and contact me for lawful personal or business purposes. You do not need to create an account.

2. Useful, not personal advice

I aim to keep the website accurate, useful and available, but its content is general information rather than legal, financial or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside my control. Examples, results and case studies describe particular work and are not promises that another project will achieve the same result.

Client work is separate. Scope, fees, ownership, responsibilities and deliverables for paid work will be set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work or contract.

3. Words, work and ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, written content, illustrations, branding and original portfolio work belong to Danny Philpott or are used with permission. All rights are reserved.

You may view pages, share links and print a reasonable copy for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission.

Client names, brands and third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Portfolio material is shown to explain the work performed and does not transfer any rights.

5. Availability and liability

I take reasonable care with this website, but I do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure or suitable for every purpose. I may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this free website content or from an inability to access it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights where they apply.

6. Keep it decent

You must not misuse the website. In particular, do not:
